New England Solar recently welcomed Construction on Country participants to site for a tour and to learn more about job opportunities and pathways within the renewable energy industry.
Construction on Country is a program that provides pre-employment, mentorship, connection and opportunities for young women, women of colour, Aboriginal women, and CALD women, across the New England North West region in NSW, to consider a trade pathway.
The visit was a great opportunity for participants to learn more and ask questions about working in the renewable energy industry and chat with our team about their experience on site and working with ACEN Australia.
