Our recent New England Solar 2025 Social Investment Program Round 2 Presentation Ceremony showcased the projects and partnerships driving tangible benefits for Uralla Shire, celebrating community spirit and some of the vital local organisations across the region.

Across two rounds of grants this year, 28 local organisations have shared a total of $150,000 in funding – supporting education programs, aged care, sporting clubs, arts initiatives, environmental projects, town halls, Rural Fire Service brigades, and other groups that keep our communities vibrant and resilient.

In total, New England Solar has invested $250,000 through the Social Investment Program (SIP) in 2025. This is about more than funding – it’s about creating long-term benefits for Uralla Shire and beyond.

Our local team, including our Community Reference Group,  works closely with the community to make sure our SIP delivers where it matters most. Hearing firsthand about the incredible projects these grants will support was inspiring – so much passion and commitment on display!

A huge thank you to all the recipients for your vision and dedication. Together, we’re building stronger, more connected communities.
