ACEN Australia is proud to announce a new partnership with UNIQ You, an organisation dedicated to expanding career pathways for high school girls through real conversations with women working across diverse and emerging industries.
As Australia transitions to a cleaner and more sustainable energy future, ACEN Australia is committed not only to delivering large‑scale solar, wind, battery and pumped hydro projects, but also to helping build a diverse and inclusive workforce capable of supporting that future. Our partnership with UNIQ You reflects this commitment.
Through the partnership, five women from ACEN Australia will join UNIQ You as volunteer Advisors, connecting directly with high school girls through live one‑on‑one conversations. These advisors will share insights from their career journeys, highlight the wide range of roles available across the renewable energy sector, and help students see a place for themselves in the industry.
Both organisations share a vision for a future in which young women have the confidence, knowledge and opportunity to pursue careers in fields shaping Australia’s clean‑energy transition.
